CloudPeeps is a marketplace that connects social media and community managers with remote work opportunities. Customers (including startups, tech companies, professional services and agencies) use CloudPeeps to help build or manage their community – be it community from a marketing function (growth, social media, content, etc.) or from a customer experience function (retention, loyalty, internal community building, engagement, etc). After joining, customers select a dedicated freelancer from a curated list of profiles and pitches (samples of work crafted in the brand's voice and tone). Customers can then add-on services in a project capacity via access to the platform's talented pool of specialists. All peeps are vetted before joining (30% acceptance rate), and are experienced and skilled freelance professionals.
