CityRaven's mission is to redefine the home buying experience by creating the most efficient online real estate marketplace. The home buying process today is extremely inefficient, slow and painful for most home buyers. The search to find and buy residential real estate is not personalized and it is ineffective. The processing of real estate transaction documents is immensely frustrating for potential buyers, the information is not centralized and is not automated. Overall there is limited real estate info transparency. There are way too many people involved in a typical home buying transaction that make the process bureaucratic, expensive, inefficient and extremely cumbersome.
