Capital Gain Advisor (CGA) operates Speak Advice (SA), which is an online and mobile platform for connecting registered financial advisors (RFAs) with individual investors. The service is free for the individual investor. The Company will offer RFAs the opportunity to create free profiles.( subsequently a quarterly fee will apply) SA will be an independent resource for individual investors to review a wide variety of RFAs that have been vetted by the Company and thus empower these individuals to invest with confidence and peace of mind. Our target market consists of three main groups: individual investors, registered financial advisors and financial services industry advertisers. There are approximately 630,000 registered financial advisors and nearly 10,000 investment advisory firms in the Central Registration Depository, the securities industry online registration and licensing database.
