Open Salary Python is the backbone for high performance API and Services layer. PHP is used throughout the stack, primarily for front-end interfacing and scheduled backend tasks. MySQL is our datastore and leverage Redshift for deeper analytics. Our frameworks include Django, CodeIgniter, Angular.js and jQuery. We also integrate with numerous 3rd party APIs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Familiarity with any or all of our stack: Python, PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL, Redshift • Experience building scalable web applications from the ground up • A dedication to building with performance and efficiency in mind • Excitement about learning - we’re constantly trying new technologies • Ability/Compulsion to ask questions and keep the dialogue open with engineers and business alike • Someone who takes pride and ownership of everything you build • A desire to work with large amounts of data
