The Metropolitan Opera has already proven this model works with its "Live in HD" series. The market for plays and musicals is substantially larger than for opera. Broadway Near You has already achieved several important milestones, including raising $1.8M of seed capital, producing its first show, executing first look deals with three key producers, and concluding two cornerstone distribution deals.
