Bratton Technologies is a venture-backed startup based in New York City, and founders of BlueLine (https://bluelineconnect.com), a network created exclusively for law enforcement. BlueLine members can collaborate, share insights and learn from one another. BlueLine was created in 2013 by Dave Riker, Jack Weiss, and Bill Bratton, who has since returned to law enforcement as the Commissioner of the New York Police Department. Bratton Technologies’ mission is to connect the world’s law enforcement professionals to make them more effective.
