Beauty Today is a print magazine for the contemporary libertine that explores the body through nude photography, erotic fiction and illustration. Founded by three female artists, in 2011, Beauty Today has self published two issues with the goal of recontextualizing sexuality and the bizarre shock value that has traditionally been assigned to the naked form. Beauty Today is received as a collector's item and a work of art. We accept contributions from renowned artists and are sold in bookstores, internationally. By providing a piece of printed matter that is a work of art, our advertisers see us as an opportunity to connect with a population of hip, wealthy individuals in a more meaningful and direct way by allowing them to present their product and service as art. Beauty Today also hosts events throughout NYC and has a growing precence on the web.
