We currently operate in a niche and innovative sector of the financial services industry that focuses on the pursuit of litigation claims (when a plaintiff sues in Court for civil redress) to help move the cases forward to completion and victory. These claims can be considered investible assets, alongs the lines of how a venture capitalist would invest in a startup: this is a very high risk-high reward business. We are currently involved in $100 million face amount of claims and are looking for financial and non-cash expertise to help move these claims forward and built a business assisting other Plaintiffs as well. Roughly 60% of these claims are "defaulted" and none have yet been collected. There is currently no proprietary technology to this business, but we do expect there to be such a component in the future......
