As One is: A High intensity, Small group, Safe, Comprehensive, Effective, Simple, Personal trainer focused gym and training program. Our members range from 19 - 73 years old. Membership prices range from $99 - $249 per month We have proven results and extremely loyal members, as we know and they know, our progam works. The program was created based on scienticif research about HIT workouts, and training methods. We hold classes everyday. We have 30 minute classes, 1 hour classes and 1 hour/15 minute classes. Every class is different, which is a HUGE differentiator between As One and other gyms. You will not see the same class again for many months. We are based in NYC. We have one gym, looking to expand into more NYC spaces and then nationally. Our program is easily transferable to any space.
